Jim Radzicki

Jim has a lengthy and varied resume, leading teams and strategies at global organizations in roles that have included EVP, CIO, CTO and Vice President of Technology for companies such as TeleTech, Alorica and Stream Global Services.

Most of his early career was spent in software design and development, and Jim founded (and eventually sold) his own small web and PC applications startup company, JETA Solutions in 2010. Jim truly enjoys working with people and teams of all sizes, and has been a leader and mentor for organizations with 90,000+ people. He also has experience in Board, C-level, private equity and analyst communications, having authored Board-level strategic plans and represented large firms for industry and financial analysts.

Jim earned his Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification in 2016 and holds two separate college degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Marketing and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science. This combination of education and skills enable him to hold technical conversations but also translate them into actionable business objectives for internal teams and external clients.

An avid traveler for business and pleasure, Jim has traveled to 40+ countries and 47 US states, but calls Orange County home with his wife and two dogs where they enjoy Southern California’s ‘sea and sky’ thanks to Jim’s FAA Private Pilot, PADI Open water and certified boaters certifications.
