Paul Andersen is the president of EGate Networks - an ISP company that he founded in 1996, serving the Canadian market offering niche services for businesses. He is responsible for the design and implementation of the organization's IP network. EGate enjoys a trusted advisor relationship with its customer base that allows for the creation of unique solutions for each customer’s individual needs.
Paul is currently a member of the ARIN Board of Trustees, and he also serves as the organization’s Treasurer and Board Vice-Chair. From 2004 to 2009, he served as a Member of the ARIN Advisory Council. He is also a Board Member of the Canadian Network Operators Consortium (CNOC), and previously an elected member and Previous Board Chair of both the Boards of Directors of the Toronto Internet Exchange and The Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA).
Paul is a licensed member of Professional Engineers Ontario, and holds a B.A. Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
